2. What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, company, email address, telephone number and enquiry details that you provide. Our hosting provider also records standard server logs, including IP address and browser type, for security and diagnostics.
3. Why we use it
We use these details solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, where a business relationship follows, to fulfil and support your order. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where applicable, performance of a contract.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with our hosting and email providers acting on our instructions, and with suppliers where this is necessary to source or deliver the goods you asked about.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to deal with them and to keep a record of our business correspondence, and are then deleted. Records connected to a transaction are kept for the period required by Cypriot tax and company law.
6. Cookies
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the contact section embeds a Google Map; both are provided by Google and may set cookies or process your IP address under Google’s own privacy policy.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or request that it be transferred to you. Write to info@borderless-tec.com. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
